We’re looking for the second kind.
iSphere is hiring a hands-on Desktop Support Consultant to be the go-to IT presence onsite in Rosenberg. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk helpdesk role. You’ll be moving, troubleshooting, setting up equipment, helping real people face-to-face, and keeping the day running smoothly.
If something breaks, slows down, won’t connect, or “just isn’t working”… you’re the one they call.
You’ll support everything from laptops and printers to networks and mobile devices. Some days are quick fixes. Other days you’re imaging machines, or deploying hardware. It’s variety, autonomy, and real ownership.
You’ll work independently, manage your own priorities, and be trusted to just handle it.
Must haves
• Strong Windows troubleshooting (hardware, software, printers, peripherals)
• Imaging and device setup experience
• Comfortable supporting users in person with a customer-first mindset
• Reliable personal transportation (you may travel between local sites as needed)
• Able to work fully onsite in the Rosenberg area
