Location and Schedule Bridgehampton, NY (Will be going to several branch offices near by) 3 month contract to hire 100% onsite M-F 9am-5:30pm Responsibilities and Qualifications Present well, has a professional presence while remaining personable Ability to deal with Executives Ability to provide VIP White glove service Exemplary customer service skills (verbal and written) Onsite (not hybrid or remote) at several Branch offices between 9 and 5:30pm with local travel Works well independently as well as in a team setting Flexible and able to readjust due to changing priorities in an Executive environment Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively Good time and task management skills High level of emotional intelligence Basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting and support ServiceNow and Ivanti experience a plus Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis Experience working with processes and procedures in a large organization preferable Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations Proficient Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support Conducts remote problem solving as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
