- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Go and Python, experience with observability tools like New Relic, Splunk, Observe
- Optional Skills: Scala, Automation testing
- Desired Mindset: Reliability and operational focus, ability to identify potential system failures, and focus on platform quality measures
