Compliance Data And Analytics Developer DaVita's Compliance team, "Team Quest" identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape. As a Developer supporting the Compliance Data and Analytics and Compliance Education teams, you will be responsible for developing system integrations, automated reporting, dashboards, providing analysis to support Team Quest, and supporting enrollment and follow up of compliance training in DaVita's Learning Management System (LMS). The individual is expected to improve and/or automate existing processes, identify and implement opportunities to improve training processes, create efficiencies, independently lead analyses, develop relationships with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional work with support teams. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in our Denver office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop system integration, descriptive and statistical analysis, and automated processes Develop data visualization assets and build interactive, useful dashboards to support business leaders and upper management Data profiling and exploration to understand key databases and tool APIs, create / maintain data dictionaries and models for mapping and reference of key systems Identify root cause of data inconsistencies, even if occurring upstream, and implement collaborative solutions to remediate issues Define and execute enrollment of compliance and clinical training in LMS Perform routine audits to verify accuracy of data associated with enrollments and completions Analyze strengths and opportunities in the compliance training program Continuously learn and grow in development abilities to utilize full tool stack Test / QA peer development Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - STEM or Business preferred Previous LMS administration experience preferred 1+ year experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languages 1+ year experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required Ability to audit data to verify accuracy and identify errors with a high attention to detail Ability to learn new systems, reporting and ETL tools quickly Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment What We'll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
