In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing our developmental programs, ensuring our young gymnasts have the best possible experience as they grow and learn. Responsibilities

• Oversee the developmental gymnastics program, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants. (typically 18 months to around 13 years old)
• Provide training and guidance to coaching staff, equipping them with the tools they need to inspire young athletes.
• Work closely with parents and athletes, providing updates on progress and encouraging their involvement in the gymnastics journey.
• Organize and lead events and showcases that highlight our gymnasts' skills and achievements.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and gymnastics trends to continuously improve the program.

Requirements

• Strong experience in gymnastics coaching or a background in sports development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with athletes, coaches, and families.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for nurturing young talent.
• Flexibility to adapt and respond to the unique needs of each athlete.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for various programs and events.
