Description:
- We need a senior & Mature person, who can talk about some good learnings which he / she would like to bring to this new role.
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure engineering roles and 5+ years in architectural or strategic leadership positions.
- Design and establish a DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE), including governance framework, operating model, and metrics.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for continued investment in DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Create and maintain DevOps capability maturity models and assessment frameworks.
- Define ROl metrics and KPIs for measuring DevOps transformation success.
- Establish standardized processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Drive cultural transformation and adoption of DevOps practices.
- Create strategic roadmaps for tool consolidation and optimization.
- Design enterprise-wide security and compliance frameworks for cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the development of reusable infrastructure components and deployment patterns.
- Establish automated lifecycle management processes.
- Design self-service capabilities for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- Provide technical oversight for global migration initiatives.
- Experience with building CI/CD using GitHub and migrating.
