Design, develop, test, and implement data engineering processes to generate analytical and reporting solutions. Analyze and prepare the data needed for data science-based outcomes. Manage and maintain metadata data structures besides providing necessary support as needed. Demonstrate domain expertise, develop, and execute program plans and proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders to identify improvement actions. Leverage standard suite of platform and core module analytics & algorithms, software application capabilities, strong engineering & analytics backgrounds. Responsible for the overall design, documentation, maintenance, and translation of business needs into long-term architecture solutions. Identify and lead automation of repetitive processes to minimize errors and maximize service delivery. Partner with users and product team to understand their data product operational needs; translate these into a support model for billing products. Track KPIs to communicate operational status to users and leadership. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of cloud formation Experience with data pipelines Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and architecture Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and industry advancements Personal Attributes: Ability to work as part of a team in building, administering, and deploying systems. Ability to develop and follow procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in documenting and teaching installation and configuration processes Experience administering a production-state system and interacting directly with customers. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills Proven analytical and organizational ability.
