DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer Leverage DevOps best practices in combination with automation tools to streamline application development lifecycle, onboarding process and app team consumption model. Apply coding skills to develop robust DevOps platform integrations. Partner with key stakeholders across IT apps and ops teams Analysis, design, build and maintenance of automated DevOps solutions Packaging and distribution of solutions for enterprise consumption Author and maintain documentation to facilitate end user adoption and operational support Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements Strong problem-solving and communication skills Solid understanding and significant experience with modern software development practices/tools Solid understanding of IT security best practices Proficiency with API/webhook-based integrations (REST, etc.) required Coding skills & building microservices with API interface required Systems integration expertise required Proficiency with linux and windows shell scripting required Proficiency building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Groovy required, pipeline framework experience a plus Experience with git-based VCS required, preferably GitHub Experience with build and dependency management tooling (Maven, Gradle, etc.) a plus Experience with binary artifact management tooling a strong plus, preferably JFrog Artifactory AWS experience required Experience integrating with Test Automation tooling a plus Experience with IaC technologies a strong plus, preferably Terraform and Ansible Required Skills: Jenkins, Maven, Microservices, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Groovy, Windows Services, Linux Basic Qualification: Additional Skills Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: Upon offer, it is required to show consultants W2 take home pay in the Exh A.
