Lead of the Team of DevOps Engineers to maintain, support and enhance our CICD practices. Implementing and maintaining new Continuous Integration tools and infrastructure. Understanding the changing needs of developers and translating them into action items. Creating new ways to automate and improve the Continuous Integration process. Testing and examining code written by others. Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes. Working with other teams in the organization to ensure adherence to our best practices. Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions). Deploy updates and fixes as required to ensure Continuous Integration. Develop solutions to integrate with internal back-end systems as needed. Perform root cause analysis of development and production build and pipeline issues. Develop automation to enhance current processes. Develop new procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience Required 10+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering role. 3+ years in a leadership role leading a team of DevOps or software engineers. A strong foundation in System Engineering and Administration - Linux, Windows. Experience with one or more of the following scripting languages - Bash, PowerShell, Python. Experience with one or more of the following Version Control/Repository Management tools - Git, GitHub, GitLab. Experience with one of the following CICD tools - Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Circle-CI. Experience with one or more of the following Observability tools - Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog CloudWatch, Lens. Experience with one or more of the following log management tools - Elastic Stack, Grafana Loki, FluentD. Experience with one or more of the following Configuration Management tools - Ansible, Chef, Puppet. Experience with one or more of the following Cloud Platforms - GCP, AWS, Azure. Experience with embedded systems build and development process preferred. Team leadership experience highly preferred. Education Required Bachelor's Degree. Seniority level Mid-Senior level.
