You will help identify frustration points and build solutions that delight Reliable developers, including: Core Infrastructure： build systems Internal tools： Meta‑build, IDE integration CI/CD Integration on AWS/Github： highly reproducible and observable pipelines Responsibilities Write software and integrate with existing tools and infrastructure to create a world‑class developer experience including: Identify workflow frustrations and develop solutions that delight our developers Architect and scale reliable CI/CD pipelines via AWS/GitHub workflows to support automated, reproducible and observable testing Provision and manage AWS and on‑premise computing resources using Terraform Bridge the gap between embedded flight software, simulation, test and IT infrastructure Support scaling of Software in the Loop (SIL) and Hardware in the Loop (HITL) test infrastructure Basic Success Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, release automation, or cloud infrastructure Strong hands‑on experience scaling CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions / workflows preferred) Proven ability to manage and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.) and Linux system administration Preferred Criteria Demonstrated success in taking ownership of CI/CD systems and maturing development processes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Familiarity with the unique challenges of embedded systems, including cross‑compilation and integration with physical devices / Hardware in the Loop (HITL) testbeds Experience supporting software teams writing in compiled languages like C++ or Rust Experience with containerization (Docker) and optimizing containers for efficient scaling This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls.
