We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD. Pay offered is dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of complex integrations across systems and platforms using Boomi, APIs, ETL and file‑based integrations (CVS, XML, JSON, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications.
Own technical solutions across multiple domains, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Drive architecture decisions and technical design standards for integrations and DevOps practices.
Assist Operations and OPT with the research, planning and testing of major WFM System upgrades and miscellaneous updates, including AI functionalities embedded in the platform and AI integrations.
Lead system upgrades, large‑scale implementations, and cross‑functional initiatives.
Identify and drive opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process optimization.
Oversee impact analysis, technical design documentation, and system improvements.
Ensure alignment across stakeholders, including business, IT, and external vendors.
Prioritize and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new configuration under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
Develop and maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures and user guides.
Participate in the WorkForce Management releases, twice per year. Validate impacts, test and communicate changes in our environment.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead cross‑functional projects and workstreams. Keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing automation and applying AI functionalities.
Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for application changes.
Independently solve complex, ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
Define new approaches, frameworks, or solutions where precedent does not exist.
Impact outcomes across teams, systems, and business processes.
Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 5‑7 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Requires in‑depth knowledge and expertise in job field and working knowledge of related disciplines.
Working knowledge in WorkForce Management – modules for payroll, time and attendance, business process configuration including integrations.
In‑depth knowledge of union contracts, different pay rules, time and attendance and payroll life cycle, including production support.
Uses analytical thought to independently solve complex problems with minimal guidance and identify solutions.
May lead cross‑department projects or workstreams, for example, deployments of new functionalities and/or systems.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have Previous experience with UKG (WFC version) at least 3 years.
Experience implementing configurations and deployments on payroll and Time and Attendance for North America region.
Acts as a resource and guide for colleagues with less experience.
Uses experience to contribute to standards in which others will operate.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation.
