Role: DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid / Onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract

Summary Seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud infrastructure, and ensure platform reliability and scalability for a fast-growing SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and AI models.

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.

• Manage observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry, and Posthog.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production systems.

• Develop and test backup, failover, and DR strategies to ensure high uptime.

• Improve developer experience with self-service environments and streamlined workflows.

• Support product rollouts and quickly resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of DevOps or Systems Engineering experience in SaaS/platform environments.

• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

• Solid Linux administration, networking, and scripting skills.

• Proficient in Python, React, Node.js, Java, SQL/NoSQL.

• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Experience with BC/DR, observability, and infrastructure automation.

• EdTech, SaaS, or startup experience preferred.
