DevOps Engineer

Location: Warrenville, IL (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation, AI/ML integration, and Nokia Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, AI deployment, cloud-native platforms, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to independently solve complex technical challenges.

• Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions.

• Strong scripting and programming skills using Python or similar languages.

• Experience with API integration.

• Hands-on experience using automation frameworks and tools to connect systems and streamline processes.

• Experience integrating AI components into existing software or IT environments.

• Ability to ensure compatibility, scalability, and robust performance in production environments.

• Solid understanding of AI security and data privacy best practices.

• Experience implementing encryption, data protection, and ethical AI practices throughout development and deployment.

• Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

• Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Experience building AI agents, NLP assistants, predictive models, or similar AI solutions.

• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.

• Telecom industry knowledge.

• Experience with telecom networks or IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem).

• Experience with Nokia IMS network elements or similar telecom platforms.

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift deployments and automation.

• Background in telecommunications or network automation.

• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with AI/ML technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.
