The analyst reports to the DFC Business Systems Supervisor. **Location:** Tigard, OR (Hybrid) preferred**Compensation:** The full salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $60,000-$70,000, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.**Responsibilities** Ability to implement system changes via code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL) or configuration updates within financial and business applications. Perform additional duties as assigned.**Skills and Qualifications**Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, FreshService) preferred. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. Attention to detail and effective troubleshooting skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, data, or IT support preferred. **Competencies** Organizes tasks methodically and reliably meets deadlines.
