Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing dialysis treatments, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the process. You will work closely with nephrologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatment, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, diet, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Perform routine and emergency assessments, interventions, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety procedures to prevent complications.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in AR or Compact State License.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Recent Diallysis Experience required.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
