Fuel Shop Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, inspection, repair, calibration, testing, and assembly of diesel fuel injection components.

Requirements

Must be able to maintain a clean, organized work area.

Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair and reassemble diesel fuel injection components.

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to verify component condition and quality.

Set up, operate, and maintain fuel injection test equipment and tooling.

Calibrate and test fuel system components to manufacturer and internal specifications.

Follow documented quality procedures, processes, and work instructions.

Accurately document work performed, measurements taken, and test results.
