We are seeking a Diesel Parts Associate responsible for assisting our technicians with providing correct parts, ordering and receiving purchase orders, inventory control and utilization of inventory management system. All the necessary training will be provided.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

·         Provide correct parts to technicians

·         Work order creation and fulfillment

·         Ensure all work orders contain necessary parts, details and all other required information

·         Order, receive and return parts for stock accordingly

·         Inventory control

·         Maintain parts inventory for neatness and accuracy (stock counts)

·         Maintain parts areas for neatness

·         Control service supplies to minimum waste

·         Ensure Inventory Management System is accurate and up-to-date daily

Requirements

·         Valid state driver’s license

·         Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

·         Must have iPhone or Android mobile device

·         High School Diploma required

·         1+ years of industry experience preferred
