## Description**Job Title:** Diesel Technical Support **Location**: Pennsauken, NJ**Job Type**: Full Time, on-site, with occasional travel**Schedule**: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST**Compensation**: Annual Salary Range $60,000 -$80,000Turbo Solutions LLC, a leading wholesale supplier of new and remanufactured turbochargers specializing in heavy and medium-duty trucks, is excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Diesel Technical Support** worker specializing in Engine Systems and Aftermarket Treatment, with a Turbocharger focus to move our business forward.**Summary**: This role requires a deep technical understanding of heavy-duty engines – particularly the critical role that turbochargers play within these systems. This role will collaborate closely with our engineering and sales teams, contribute to technical training, and directly engage with customers to support product installation and troubleshooting.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**Product Improvement & Technical Content Development* Collaborate with the in-house engineering team to identify areas for product improvement based on engine expertise and customer feedback.* Assist in the development of technical content, including technical service bulletins and to support customer education on turbochargers and engine systems.Customer Support & Troubleshooting* Work alongside the sales team to provide expert assistance to customers during turbocharger installation.* Act as a technical resource, offering troubleshooting guidance and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal product performance.Technical Training & Customer Engagement* Serve as a key contributor to our technical training program, Turbo University, by developing and delivering training content.* Conduct technical training sessions for customers and end-users, both virtually and during on-site visits.* Travel occasionally to customer locations to provide hands-on technical training and support.**Qualifications**:* 5+ years Diesel Engine knowledge (all makes, but particularly with Cummins)* Emissions Systems knowledge, such as EGR, DPF, SCR* 5+ years experience in Tech support of engine-after treatment* Previous experience in hands-on engine assembly/disassembly preferred* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex engine issues.* Previous experience working with engineering teams on product development and improvement.* Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer and training needs**Skills**:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a Team Player Experience* Must have reliable transportation**Benefits**:* 401(k)* Medical/Dental/Vision insurance* Vacation Time/Sick Time/Paid Holidays* Basic Life Insurance## Qualifications* 5+ years Diesel Engine knowledge (all makes, but particularly with Cummins)* Emissions Systems knowledge, such as EGR, DPF, SCR* 5+ years experience in Tech support of engine-after treatment* Previous experience in hands-on engine assembly/disassembly preferred* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex engine issues.* Previous experience working with engineering teams on product development and improvement.* Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer and training needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
