Diesel Technician Baltimore, MD | Kenworth (All Roads Trucks) Kenworth in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician. Compensation & Schedule $25$55/hour (based on experience) Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates Full-time with advancement opportunities Schedule: MondayFriday between 7:00 a.m.10:00 p.m. (shift assigned) Every 4th or 5th Saturday: 6:0011:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.2:00 p.m. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off & company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Comprehensive paid training to achieve certifications Career growth opportunities we promote from within Responsibilities Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems Perform welding/fabrication as needed Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates Maintain detailed records of repairs performed (work orders, parts used) Communicate with OEM/factory technical assistance as needed Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Prior diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred; Ford/Isuzu a plus) Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and excellent attention to detail Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Physical Demands Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently; occasionally more than 50 lbs Work Authorization All Roads Trucks does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
