We are seeking an experienced and compassionate dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with renal patients and a strong understanding of their nutritional needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to renal patients in all stages of chronic kidney disease
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Educate patients and their families on renal nutrition
• Monitor patients' nutritional status and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in renal nutrition

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with renal patients
• Strong understanding of the nutritional needs of renal patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
