We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in nutrition education, particularly for high-risk populations, and be adept in nutrition assessment, education, and triage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nutrition education and counseling, with a focus on high-risk populations.
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Perform triage to identify and prioritize nutritional needs of clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in nutrition education and high-risk population management.
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment, education, and triage.
- Mandatory: Registered Dietitian preferred.
