IT Analytics ManagerBuckhead, GA (Hybrid) Our client is looking for an IT Manager – Digital Analytics & Experience to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise digital analytics platforms while managing a small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, analytics, and customer experience and wants to drive data-driven decisions across product, marketing, and engineering teams.What You’ll DoLead and develop a team of analytics and technical professionals within the IT organizationOwn the implementation and governance of Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Quantum MetricDesign and manage tracking strategies and tagging frameworks using tools like Google Tag Manager or Adobe LaunchPartner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering teams to improve digital experiences and conversion performanceLeverage session replay, behavioral analytics, and heatmapping to identify customer pain points and optimization opportunitiesBuild and maintain executive dashboards and performance reporting (Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Workspace)Conduct deep-dive analysis including funnel analysis, segmentation, and attribution modelingSupport A/B testing and digital experimentation initiatives to drive continuous optimizationManage vendor relationships and help translate IT strategy into actionable initiativesWhat We’re Looking For4–6+ years of experience in digital analytics, IT, or data-focused rolesHands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe AnalyticsExperience with Quantum Metric, FullStory, Hotjar, or similar behavioral analytics platformsStrong experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium)Proficiency with SQL and advanced ExcelExperience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe WorkspaceStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insightsExperience leading or mentoring team members is a plusWhy This RoleOpportunity to own enterprise digital analytics strategyWork cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering leadersLead a team and make a direct impact on digital experience and performance
