Digital Analytics Manager (Marketing)

Hybrid | Southern California

A consumer-facing brand is looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to join its marketing organization and lead digital performance measurement across a growing portfolio of brands. This role sits at the center of marketing, data, and strategy—owning insights across web, CRM, paid media, SEO, and social to drive smarter decision-making and stronger customer experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve digital marketing analytics across web, e-commerce, CRM, and social platforms
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and conversion trends to surface clear, actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in tools like Looker and Power BI, tracking KPIs tied to traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, media, and CRM teams to align analytics with campaign strategy
  • Support tagging, pixels, and measurement implementation via Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate attribution
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize performance and personalize the customer journey
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, platform hygiene, and reliable reporting
  • Translate complex data into compelling stories for senior leaders, shaping how the business uses digital insights


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or performance measurement (CPG or consumer brands a plus)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with analytics and BI platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or Hotjar
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, attribution, and cross-channel performance analysis
  • Experience working with CRM and martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tealium, Airship)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
