What you’ll do

The Digital Analytics Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Data Solutions.
This role is part of the Data Solutions team with a primary focus on driving actionable insights through advanced analytics techniques.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various digital platforms to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Your Impact

  • Implementing and managing digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or similar platforms to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
  • Deploying measurement strategies and analytics tracking code using tools like Adobe Launch/Tag Manager
  • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analysis within the Adobe Analytics interface to measure website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates
  • Conducting analysis and providing insights to optimize digital properties and user experiences, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deploy measurement strategies, including A/B testing, to evaluate potential enhancements and understand user behavior
  • Utilize real user monitoring (RUM) and performance monitoring tools to assess and optimize the operational performance of web applications
  • Recommend and integrate tools like Tealeaf for in-depth user interaction analysis, capturing insights that improve user experience and site functionality
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to align business objectives with robust analytics strategies
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to digital analytics tools implementation or data discrepancies
  • Staying up-to-date with digital analytics tools product updates, features, and best practices for effective utilization
  • Leading initiatives focused on analytics automation, customization, and advanced implementation techniques like data layers and data collection processes
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics and related tools, training business users and promoting best practices in analytics
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of analytics data across all platforms, implementing rigorous data standards and policies
  • Maximizing the value of a variety of data assets by performing analyses needed to drive business decisions
  • Utilizing visual analytics tools to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

What you bring to the table

  • 4+ years of experience in web analytics and data analysis
  • Proficient in deploying and managing A/B testing, real user monitoring, and performance monitoring tools
  • Skilled in communicating the outcomes of complex analyses to stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, UX/UI principles, e-commerce analytics, and the technical aspects of data integration such as ETL processes
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Comfortable working as part of a team while also working independently on projects as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate resources across multiple, competing deadlines

Bonus points

  • Strong focus on Adobe Analytics and its related tools: Adobe Launch, DTM, Campaign, etc.
  • Experience with digital experience monitoring tools tools like Tealeaf & Dynatrace
  • Experience using SQL, analyzing diverse data sets
  • Experience working with Snowflake
  • Familiarity with Python and/or machine learning techniques
  • Experience using Jira or similar platform for team task management
  • Working knowledge of data governance
  • Comfortable adapting in an evolving environment

Location

This role is remote and can be located anywhere inside the continental United States.
