Digital Communications Analyst Apply
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508).
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as My Emma.
- Experience with web content management and updating program pages.
- Experience in measuring communication performance and reporting platform metrics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update program web pages adhering to digital accessibility standards.
- Develop clear, accessible content for websites, social media, and print materials.
- Produce monthly newsletters and track associated engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design culturally competent materials.
- Prepare quarterly reports measuring communications performance and recommending improvements.
- Support communication planning and outreach for statewide health initiatives.
- Contribute to campaign development and community education projects.
