Overview Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Digital Communications & Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a nationally recognized architecture and design studio known for its collaborative culture and visually driven project portfolio. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a creative and strategic professional who enjoys storytelling, brand building, and engaging audiences through thoughtful digital communication. Position Overview The Digital Communications & Marketing Manager will lead the organization’s online presence and brand storytelling across web and social platforms. This individual will develop and execute communication strategies that highlight the firm’s projects, people, and design philosophy while supporting business development and public visibility initiatives. The role blends strategy, creative production, and analytics, requiring both hands-on content creation and high-level planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an integrated digital communications strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand identity. Plan, create, and publish compelling content across social media channels, website platforms, and digital campaigns. Maintain and update the organization’s website, including project features, team highlights, and news announcements. Coordinate visual storytelling initiatives using photography, graphics, and written content to showcase projects and culture. Monitor audience engagement and respond to online inquiries and interactions in a timely and professional manner. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, and growth trends. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support marketing initiatives, announcements, and outreach efforts. Manage multiple communication channels and calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice. Identify opportunities to expand reach through new media platforms, partnerships, and creative campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field. Approximately 8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, communications, or brand management. Interest in design, visual culture, or the built environment strongly preferred. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Experience managing websites, social platforms, and digital content management tools. Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting on engagement metrics. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000 commensurate with experience along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement plan options, and additional perks consistent with a professional services design environment.
