About the Role
HomeTeam is a growing home inspection franchisor supporting local business owners across the country. We believe great marketing starts with great content — and we’re looking for a hands-on content creator to help bring our brand (and our franchise owners) to life online.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating short-form video, designing scroll-stopping social content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns that drive real results.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team, franchise owners, and advertising partner to create content that improves visibility, engagement, and lead generation across the system.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Facebook
- Produce branded social content for both corporate and franchise-level marketing
- Design graphics and templates using Canva (or Adobe tools)
Paid Social & Campaign Support
- Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign execution, creative development, and performance insights
- Collaborate with our digital advertising partner to align content with paid media strategy
SEO & Local Visibility (Bonus Skill)
- Support light website updates, local page optimization, and content improvements
- Help strengthen our presence in search and AI-driven discovery (SEO/AEO experience is a plus, not required)
Franchise Marketing Support
- Create simple toolkits, how-to guides, and content resources franchise owners can use
- Help coach franchise owners on social best practices and content consistency
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Track and report on content performance and engagement trends
- Turn analytics into actionable recommendations for improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and execution-focused.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Strong experience creating short-form video for social media
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns
- Graphic design skills (Canva proficiency is great)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- SEO or AEO knowledge
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise brands
- Familiarity with local marketing or analytics platforms
