Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Engagement Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital strategy. You will engage with our online communities, grow brand awareness, and drive engagement across social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our digital presence and fostering meaningful relationships with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to grow the brand's online presence.
  • Manage and oversee content creation, posting schedules, and campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to user engagement, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and emerging platforms to enhance engagement opportunities.
  • Oversee online community management, ensuring an inclusive and positive brand voice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, social media schedulers, and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience).
