Job Summary

The Digital Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle inventory across internal systems and online platforms. This role requires basic vehicle knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with computer-based inventory and listing systems. No education is required; training will be provided

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and manage vehicle inventory in digital systems
  • Ensure vehicle information (year, make, model, VIN, mileage, pricing, features) is accurate and current
  • Upload and maintain vehicle listings on company websites and third-party platforms
  • Monitor inventory status and make timely updates as vehicles are added, sold, or transferred
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and management to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Organize and manage vehicle photos and documentation
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Follow company procedures for inventory control and data management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of vehicles (makes, models, trims, and features)
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, web-based systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with inventory software or dealership management systems
  • Familiarity with online vehicle listings or digital marketing platforms

Education & Experience

  • No education required
  • Prior inventory, data entry, or automotive-related experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment

  • May require sitting, standing, and light physical activity
