RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage and lead a team to drive Digital Marketing and E-commerce growth.• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across organic and paid channels to achieve revenue and profitability goals.• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.• Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure performance goals are met, implementing timely adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative assets.• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.• Maintain the website with CRO best practices and push out campaigns promptly.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights.• Streamline and improve e-commerce operations for high efficiency.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for campaign objectives.REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related field• 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing preferably in the retail sector.• Strong expertise in paid media mainly in Facebook and Tiktok.• Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred), and performance marketing tools.• Strong analytical skills and proficient in marketing analytics tools.• Skilled in Canva & Capcut.• A strong leader and team player who can lead a large team and handle constructive feedback.• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks independently with timeline driven and minimum supervision.• Self-motivated with a strong passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
