POSITION SUMMARY: The Este Lauder Companies are the global leader in prestige beauty delighting consumers with transformative products and experiences, inspiring them to express their individual beauty. The Consumer Marketing Associate is a full-time corporate position, responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of consumer marketing strategies, the promotion & development of online and offline experiences, as well as the analysis of KPI/performance metrics to elevate the brand positioning within the channel.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-Commerce
  • Develop and drive regional Ecommerce strategy and calendar of priorities
  • Apply global brand guidelines to create and/or adapt artwork and assets for retailer e-commerce platforms.
  • Work with retail partners and commercial team to identify advertising and promotional opportunities, test and track new ways to drive traffic and increase online MOB
  • Proactively provide feedback and creative assets to retailers and Integrated Marketing team to continually improve the brand experience on all e-commerce platforms
  • Track asset implementation and KPIs
In-store Digital Capabilities
  • Align with Director of Retail Technology and Project Manager in the implementation of digital innovation in-store.
  • Identify ways to optimize or incorporate digital innovation into the consumer experience in-store.
SOCIAL MEDIA
  • Develop regional calendar of organic and paid social media priorities
  • Work with brand Education Manager to adapt monthly global Content Briefs to be regionally relevant
  • Identify and adapt creative assets to support new launches, promotions and key occasions
  • Ensure on-brand execution of organic content and provide feedback to local teams as needed.
  • Align with global brand, regional marketing and commercial teams to develop and drive paid media strategy from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Work with affiliates and global brand to identify and implement best practices and guidelines.
  • Work with Integrated Marketing team to find and test new, innovative ways to reach the traveling consumer during key travel or locally relevant moments.
  • Monitor and escalate competitor / industry social media campaign innovations and consumer trends.
  • Track and report KPIs


PRINT & DIGITAL ADVERTISING
  • Work with Regional Marketing Manager and commercial team to align on print and digital advertising strategy and budget
  • Create and manage shared calendar of opportunities, asset deadlines, implementation tracking, and results.
  • Manage production and on-time delivery of all assets, and ensure accurate execution
  • Develop tracking metrics in tandem with commercial team. Gather and report qualitative and quantitative results.


PUBLIC RELATIONS
  • Develop and drive regional media/influencer strategy and execution.
  • Identify new potential influencers and relevant opportunities
  • Distribute press samples to retailers.
  • Manage influencer mailer production and distribution.
  • Liaise with Global Brand Communications teams and retailers to provide press releases and/or branded content.
  • Liaise with brand affiliate marketing teams on seasonal influencer initiatives and align on TR-relevant content when feasible.
  • Request and coordinate media-certified brand representative support as needed (virtual or in-person travel to markets)
  • Work with retailer agencies and Integrated Marketing team to track and report all media/ influencer activation KPIs


VISUALIZATION
  • Plan, maintain and cascade seasonal visualization calendar
  • Maintain master file of light box and LED screen dimensions
  • Request artwork from global brand, oversee production and delivery to doors.
EVENTS
  • Work with Global brand team, retailers, and commercial team to develop and maintain seasonal events strategy, calendar and budget
  • Work with Global brand and VM team to adapt artwork as needed.
  • Oversee collateral production while adhering to budget
  • Ensure on-brand event execution
  • Collect and analyze event KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
BUDGET / ROI
  • Develop annual budget estimate for all Consumer Marketing related costs. Negotiate costs with vendors to remain within budget. Track actual expenses vs. budget.
  • Create PO requests for all incurred expenses.
  • Analyze P&Ls pre and post all Consumer Marketing activations.
AD HOC
  • Prepare and present strategies and results as needed.
  • Work with vendors for copy translation for consumer-marketing assets.
  • Take on special projects or responsibilities related to other areas of marketing as determined by Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Brand Director.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong and effective communication skills across departments and levels.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, extremely detail oriented with positive attitude and ability to always bring ideas to the table.
  • Pro-active approach, solution focused
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Basic experience in graphic design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Familiarity with and passionate about social and digital trends
  • Ability to communicate digital/social media plans with clarity
  • Experience working within paid digital/social marketing including campaign planning and execution in multiple platforms, audience identification and targeting, ad creative ideation and production, strategy, and measurement/results analyses.
  • Data-driven with superior analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Knowledge of all digital/social ad formats and their best-practice applications.
  • Available to travel up to 10% of the time.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,500 to $87,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
