PE Global are currently recruiting on behalf of our global pharmaceutical client for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This is a 12-month contract based in Basingstoke (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote). The role supports the delivery and optimisation of omnichannel marketing strategies across key therapy areas, driving consistent, personalised engagement with healthcare professionals across digital and physical channels. This role is requires an ASAP start. The pay rate is £40.00 p/hour. Responsibilities: Partner with brand teams to develop and execute omnichannel campaign strategiesLead end-to-end planning, execution and measurement of campaigns across web, email and third-party platformsEnsure consistent, compliant, customer-centric messaging across all channelsWork closely with digital execution teams to deploy campaign tactics effectivelyIdentify and recommend innovative technologies to enhance reach and engagementDrive content reuse and optimisation across channelsUse data analytics to evaluate campaign performance and customer engagementIdentify optimisation opportunities and translate insights into actionable improvementsPresent performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholdersDefine and track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROIProduce regular performance reporting and optimisation recommendationsCollaborate with internal compliance, review and technology teamsWork with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective deliverySupport governance and approval processes across all activitiesRequirements: Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in digital marketing or omnichannel marketing rolesExperience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries desirableSkills & Attributes:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilityHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with strong influencing skillsComfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environmentsData-driven mindset with ability to interpret and apply insightsAdaptable, proactive and open to innovationStrong understanding of compliance-driven marketing environmentsPlease note that PE Global cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
