***The ideal candidate will be able to commute to the King of Prussia, PA office 2–3 days per month for on-site collaboration*** The Digital Marketing Manager executes and optimizes digital marketing programs across social media, email marketing, and paid media placement. Reporting to the AVP, Marketing Operations, this role is responsible for hands‑on execution of campaigns, social media posting and monitoring, email development, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The individual supports personalization efforts, builds and maintains nurture flows, and contributes to marketing performance reporting and dashboards. Success is measured by engagement, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and actionable data insights that improve marketing performance. Duties and Responsibilities Manage The College’s core social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), and execute day‑to‑day social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms, including engagement and community management. Track and analyze social media performance and recommend optimization strategies. Develop, QA, and deploy email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud NEXT, leveraging Journey Builder and dynamic content for personalization. Build, manage and continuously optimize automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud NEXT using Journey Builder, with a focus on performance metrics, drop‑off analysis, and conversion optimization. Leverage AI‑driven capabilities to improve campaign and journey performance. Collaborate with content and Brand Experience teams to align messaging and creative. Partner with Enterprise and Growth Marketing teams to execute key B2B and B2B2C strategies. Own campaign and journey performance analytics in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contribute to development and maintenance of reporting dashboards. Execute A/B testing across email and digital campaigns to improve results. Ensure data integrity across marketing platforms and databases. Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements. Support additional marketing operations initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or social media management. New graduates will be considered. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is a plus. If not held, will be required within 90 days of employment. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools preferred. We use Hootsuite. Experience with website analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEM Rush. Experience with or willingness to learn to leverage AI orchestrating tools or LLMs. We use Microsoft Copilot and ClickUp AI. Familiarity with work management or productivity tools. We use ClickUp. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Adaptive and quick learner of new systems and processes. Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
