Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will co-lead TH Foods' efforts to build, engage, and grow vibrant online communities across all Crunchmaster and TH Foods social platforms. This role is responsible for monitoring brand conversations, responding to community interactions, and implementing strategies to foster positive engagement, advocacy, and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and strategist who thrives on connecting with audiences and delivering memorable digital experiences.
Essential Duties and RequirementsCommunity Engagement Lead:
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tagged content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while fostering authentic interactions.
- Identify user-generated content, brand advocates, and trending conversations.
Social Listening & Brand Sentiment Monitoring:
- Track brand mentions, conversations, and emerging trends.
- Provide regular reports on community insights, sentiment, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for real-time engagement or risk mitigation.
Content Creation, Interaction & Amplification:
- Proactively engage with followers, partners, and influencers to build community.
- Like, comment, and share relevant content to boost visibility and relationship-building.
- Collaborate and assist with content creation to ensure engaging, community-first content.
- Support visual asset needs for social, including collaboration on Surprise & Delight and influencer giveaways.
Community Growth Strategy:
- Implement strategies to grow followers and increase quality engagement.
- Support follower growth campaigns, giveaways, or community-driven challenges.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating giveaway partners and Surprise & Delight recipients.
Campaign Integration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Ensure timely community engagement during key launches or events.
- Support paid social strategy execution in collaboration with marketing and cross functional teams.
Customer Experience Support:
- Act as the frontline responder to consumer questions, concerns, and product feedback on social media.
- Escalate any issues as needed and ensure quick resolution with Consumer Relations Fulfillment Associate and/or cross-functional partners.
Platform Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on emerging social trends, memes, and platform updates.
- Suggest ways to adapt trends into brand-relevant community moments.
- Proactively seek trends specific to Instagram and TikTok for content ideation and engagement opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track engagement KPIs (response times, community sentiment, interaction rates).
- Present community insights and recommendations to Marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor performance of paid and organic initiatives as it relates to community engagement and content trends.
Other Responsibilities:
- Help maintain community guidelines and internal social response protocols.
- Assist with B2B and newsletter execution
- Assist in crisis communication as needed.
- Support other marketing functions and events.
- Additional duties as assigned.
This position does not directly supervise others but plays a critical role in shaping the brand’s online reputation and community relationships.

Skills:- Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in social media community management or digital engagement; open to candidates who demonstrate strong digital fluency and a natural understanding of social platforms, even without formal experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media management and photo editing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Canva) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- High level of personal, work and professional ethics
- Creative thinker and proactive team player
