Our work depends on a Digital Marketing Specialist joining our team to develop and maintain expertise with designated social media channels and marketing platforms, supporting a program in Tampa, FL. HOW A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Develops and maintains expertise with designated social media channels and marketing platforms to optimize digital communications efforts. Collaborates with key leaders and SMEs to develop portfolio strategy and planning practices. Develops workflows, monitors campaign activities, and reports on results. Leads social media consumer care practices and provides oversight of cross-functional activities. Increases the impact of audience feedback by gathering, analyzing, and leveraging analytics to improve social media traffic. Interacts with the portfolio assessment team to support the measurement of effectiveness. Develops internal communications to inform the team of strategy, initiatives, results, emerging trends, best practices, and policy updates. Assists with operations planning and documents activities in English. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree). Requires 3+ years of related experience. Security clearance level: Must have the ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance required; select positions require TS/SCI eligibility. Ability to work nonstandard hours and be on‑call for periods of time. Some travel may be required.
