Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Maketing Strategist for an industry leading producer of Metal Products, to start immediately. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, as well as the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance. This is an on-site role in the Oakville/Burlington Region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Manage and monitor website analytics to track and report on key metrics
- Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Marketing/Advertising Agency experience is a strong asset
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
