Position Summary North Coast Repertory Theatre and The Theatre School @NorthCoastRep are seeking a full-time, in-house Digital Media Specialist to help grow awareness, engagement, and ticket sales through standout digital content and consistent execution across social media, email marketing, and website updates. This role is hands‑on and creative—ideal for a self‑starter who’s comfortable owning deliverables, collaborating with a team, and using data to optimize performance. Social Media & Community Management Platforms include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize content across platforms (including reels/short‑form video and YouTube content). Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style. Monitor and respond to comments/messages; help foster a positive and engaging online community. Track trends, test new formats, and recommend content ideas that increase reach and engagement. Paid Digital Advertising Work with our ad partners to execute paid media campaigns by delivering necessary creative assets. Regularly review and understand the paid media dashboard. Review optimizations and recommendations with NCR leadership for implementation. Content Creation (Graphic Design + Video) Create polished digital assets using Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop preferred) . Edit short‑form video for social (cuts, captions, resizing, basic audio cleanup); create versions for multiple platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content from productions, rehearsals, events, education programs, and behind‑the‑scenes moments. Maintain a clean and organized digital asset library (photos, video, templates, logos). Media Calendar & Campaign Support Manage a multi‑channel content calendar aligned with production schedules and organizational priorities. Coordinate workflows, approvals, and deadlines with colleagues across departments and in conjunction with tradition PR/Marketing. Ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery of all posts and assets. Support and/or coordinate digital media buys (paid social and other digital placements) including campaign setup support, creative specs, basic targeting, pacing, and performance tracking. Build, design, and schedule email campaigns in Dotdigital (templates, layouts, segmentation support as directed). Track email metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and recommend improvements to subject lines, CTAs, timing, and content. Website Updates (WordPress) Update and format web pages and posts in WordPress , including images, links, and basic SEO fields as needed. Ensure production/event pages remain current and accurate. Analytics & Reporting Monitor social, email, and web performance (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, conversions). Provide weekly/monthly reporting snapshots with insights and recommended optimizations.
