Digital Outreach And Publicity Manager Responsibilities
- Drive engagement by increasing distribution of articles and content the client creates through partnering with associations, newsletters, influencers, advocates and others to share content.
- Distribute content and identify speaking opportunities with influencers, editorial contacts, and other key media contacts.
- Identify emerging channels to further engagement, including podcasts.
- Write, pitch, follow up and maintain strong media outreach to further earned media exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow engagement and overall objectives, reporting on media wins and overall status of outreach.
- Leverage media listening tools to track and report on progress.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Public Relations and Social Media, and an understanding of Influencer Marketing Strategy.
- Experience managing media lists
- Experience with social media listening and media monitoring tools such as Sprout Social, Meltwater, Cision, etc.
- Proven experience driving engagement across traditional and digital channels; nonprofit and/or advocacy experience is a must.
