Digital Performance Apply
Responsibilities:Own end-to-end management and optimization of digital campaigns, with a strong focus on scaling performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads ecosystems.Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (traffic, leads, conversions, and ROAS).Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to improve overall campaign results.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and copy to enhance performance.Collaborate closely with the Planner team to develop high-performing ad strategies aligned with campaign goals.Prepare performance reports and provide insights and actionable recommendations.Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates to maintain competitive strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Data, or a related field.1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads.Proven ability to manage and allocate advertising budgets based on performance data, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal ROAS.Solid understanding of the marketing funnel (awareness to conversion) and performance-driven strategies.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
