To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a Product owner with extensive experience in e-projects.In summary, we are looking for a profile that recognizes itself in the following characteristics:Pragmatic cooperating foreman/woman: Someone with an 80/20 mentality who does not get bogged down in perfectionism, but makes decisions with common sense and helps things move forward.Strategic prioritization: A profile that dares to scope and descopen, actively manages the backlog and supports the business in making the right choices. At the same time, this person can pragmatically indicate which matters are less of a priority within an MVP.Product Owner: Someone who challenges both designers and user stories in terms of content and ensures that the MVP scope is monitored within the team.Hands-on Product Owner: and operationally minded: Someone who does not shy away from rolling up their sleeves themselves: helping to develop training courses, draw up work instructions, perform functional tests and closely monitor bugs.
