Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Digital Product Manager 4 to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Product Manager 4, you will be an integral part of the Digital Product Management department, supporting strategic initiatives and cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation and product excellence within a diverse and inclusive environment. Job Title: Digital Product Manager 4 Location: Chandler, AZ (On-site) Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Translate complex technical features into clear, actionable user stories for development teams. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communicate project progress, and manage dependencies across teams. Support data integration efforts, validate data quality, and ensure seamless system interoperability. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or related roles. Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and data integration processes. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman. Experience working with AI/ML products, especially in financial services, is preferred. Experience working within finance/business domains, with strong understanding of Balance Sheet Income Statement Cash Flow Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
