Job Title: Digital Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead our marketing digital tactics delivery efforts. As a critical member of our Digital Factory team, you will collaborate closely with creative agencies and development vendors to plan and execute projects on time and within budget. You must possess a solid technical understanding and have excellent project management skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying business requirements, and driving solutions through the delivery process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

At least five years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or related field.

Solid understanding of web development principles and technologies.

Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies preferred.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Experience with planning, strong documentation skills, able to manage themselves and their work.

Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft 365, Visio, Invision, Workfront, Smartsheet, and/or equivalent.
