Our client, a leader in the flooring industry, is looking for a talented Digital Project Manager to join their forward-thinking organization!
As the Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of their digital transformation, responsible for overseeing and delivering cutting-edge projects in the ever-evolving digital landscape. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital technologies.
This role is primarily remote, asking for the candidate to come into the office once a month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management across a variety of projects.
- Assist in preparing scope and budget for new projects.
- Collaborate with technical PM on a daily basis to maintain and groom our backlog.
- Monitor project progress with a detailed documentation and planning.
- Proficient in agile methodology.
- Liaise and communicate with various teams in order to design, develop, and implement projects in a timely manner.
- Impeccable attention to detail to steer delivery management that meets quality and time standards.
- Develop support documentation which includes status documents, requirement specifications and risk logs.
- Communicate well with key stakeholders and digital partners to ensure that all team members are aligned with various portions of the project or task.
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and work diligently in an effort to resolve any issues.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects, process improvements, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- 5+ years proven experience acting as the PM on website and mobile app projects.
- End to end knowledge of website functionality.
- Hands on experience with project management software, Jira, Sharepoint, etc.
- Ninja skills with Excel, PowerPoint, 0365.
- Knowledge of and workability with Content Management systems.
- Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics, other data and performance tools.
- Background knowledge substantial enough to address any issues that may arise regarding accessibility or compatibility.
- Excellent communication, time management, team management, and organizational skills.
- PMP accreditation a plus.
