New Contract Opportunity: Lead Digital Project Manager (PSA/ERP) We’re actively hiring a Lead Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. If you’ve successfully led Professional Services Automation (PSA) and ERP solution implementations, especially in fast-paced environments, this could be a great fit. Important note: Experience with FinancialForce (now Certinia) or strong experience with comparable PSA tools is also acceptable: including Kantata (Mavenlink/Kimble), NetSuite OpenAir, Accelo, Autotask, or BigTime Software. What You'll DoLead cross-functional teams to execute complex enterprise projects and PSA/ERP implementations.Collaborate with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and end-users to ensure program success.Manage risk, optimize delivery, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and business goals.Promote best practices in Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps environments.Oversee reporting, project metrics, resource planning, and executive updates.What We’re Looking For8–11 years of experience in digital project or program management.Proven success delivering large-scale PSA implementations (ideally FinancialForce or equivalent).Strong technical exposure to D365 Finance, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, and cloud-based financial systems.Experience managing complex SaaS-based environments and global, cross-functional teams.Expert in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, LPM), with familiarity in hybrid methodologies when needed.Tools: JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, DevOps, MS Project, and collaboration platforms like Smartsheet or .Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and problem solver.Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive alignment across business and tech units.Nice to HavePMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM certifications.Experience as an Agile Coach.Experience working with or integrating enterprise-level PSA/ERP tools in financial services or professional services environments.Role DetailsLocation: Hybrid onsite – Weston, FL or Lowell, MA (1 to 3 days/week in office)Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
