Digital Radiography & Mobile CT Business LeaderThe Business Leader of Digital Radiography and Mobile CT directs the strategic and operational execution of sales for Samsung Healthcare product lines across the United States as well as some international markets for Mobile CT. This role manages the national sales team in both direct and indirect sales, and is responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and driving performance through hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring that every member of your team is empowered, aligned in our vision, and continuously improving, you will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be AssignedEvaluate opportunities, geography, and install base to create a specific go-to-market strategy for the DR and Mobile CT businesses including dealer and direct sales alignment, and sub-segment coverageSeamlessly coordinate with direct and indirect sales, and cross-functional resources, including Clinical, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Service resources to ensure we are satisfying company, dealer, and customer needsRecognize development needs and coach to improve performance; create opportunities and provide support for career advancement; establish priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to get results from people and exceed expectationDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals across all regionsEstablish quotas, track performance, and deliver forecasts to senior leadershipOversee pricing, product mix, and sales operations to align with company objectivesPartner closely with Samsung Healthcare's Korea HQ to align strategy, product roadmap, and market executionLead solution development and client engagement across hospitals, imaging centers, and physician officesConduct National Sales Meetings, quarterly workshops, and ride-alongs with the sales teamDemonstrate the ability to ensure our sales team is pivoting and finding new growth opportunities within their zonesDeliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilitiesManage weekly team calls, CRM updates, and pipeline reviewsSubmit regular status reports and participate in quarterly performance reviewsEnsure partner compliance and support co-marketing initiativesFacilitate dealer communications and oversee reseller profilesCoordinate with Marketing to support campaigns and maximize event impactFrequent domestic and international travel requiredEducation & ExperienceBA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or other related discipline preferred10+ years of experience in Med-Tech capital equipment sales required, with Digital Radiography and Mobile CT experience strongly preferredExperience in 3rd party vendor/contractor managementMust be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and task in unisonProven leadership in managing teams, strategic planning, and budget oversightStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteBudget, expense, and resource management experience requiredSkills & CompetenciesExceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to influence, present, and collaborate across all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and decision-making abilities; capable of assembling facts, interpreting data, and providing strategic recommendationsProven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and make sound business judgments in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and pipeline managementSkilled in coaching and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvementAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with marketing, customer service, and HR teamsAdept at navigating complex sales cycles and managing channel relationships, including conflict resolution and partner complianceComfortable conducting technical product demonstrations, in-services, and educational seminarsKnowledgeable in industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position NeuroLogica's product lineMust wear a dosimeter when in direct contact with radiation-emitting devices, in compliance with safety protocolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift/move equipment up to 25 lbs and push/pull heavy loads during trade show setupMust be able to stand for long periods (815 hours), drive long distances, and work in varied environmentsExposure to clinical settings, radiation-emitting devices, and loud noise levelsVision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
