Your mission when joining the Solutions team at Einride will be to enable sales of our transportation platform software, Saga, by double-clicking on how customers manage the complete Transport Management System (TMS) workflow today and how solve pain points related to deploying electric heavy duty vehicles. This role combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and customer relationship management. You will Deeply analyze customer systems, processes, data flows and users throughout the TMS workflow today Identify pain points when introducing electric heavy duty vehicles and how Einrides Saga software services can resolve them Craft proposals explaining a seamless shift from current state to future state articulating the value utilizing Einrides services. Present, discuss and improve solutions with the internal team and external customer stakeholders Work closely with the Product team to provide customer feedback and brainstorm how to further improve the product Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solutions, product and operations. We expect you to: Have a minimum of +5 years of experience in a similar role such as sales engineering or complex solutions sales ideally from a TMS provider or a TMS user. Also, a proven experience working with customers to design and implement software solutions tailored to their needs. In addition we believe that you: Have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience Have a proven ability to innovate in finding creative solutions to hard novel problems combined with a value-driven mindset and the ability of turning complex data and product features into compelling narratives that drive adoption. Have a strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate the complexities of Software as a Service (SaaS) products, APIs, integrations, and system architectures. This is a full-time position preferably based in Stockholm.
