Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to promote the organizations products and services through online channels, increasing exposure and driving business from target audiences.Manages the execution of digital marketing programs, analyzing their effectiveness to optimize performance. Establishes and maintains relationships with search engines and portal sites to align with digital goals, while tracking website usage trends, including visitor quality and advertising campaign impact. Creates and maintains engaging website graphic designs and layouts that reflect the organizations brand identity, ensuring up-to-date product information is easily accessible to customers.Additionally, may oversee social media marketing and online community management to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic to company websites.Your Tasks & Responsabilities:• The incumbent will design and drive E2E digital experiences for patients and healthcare professionals that provide real value. Working with a team of experts on Oncology, Specialty Medicine and Digital Marketing that will inspire and challenge to create solutions that connect science with a better life for patients.• Be a digital expert consultant for Oncology and Specialty Medicine therapy areas, owning their digital roadmap, as well as its activation design and optimization.• Optimize digital activations by identifying and managing implementation of the right digital marketing resources and platforms.• Integrate customer-centric approach, ensuring every digital activation and content piece is designed around the needs of the customer, and that all digital elements necessary for a personalized experience are in place.• Integrate and drive data-driven philosophy from inception to implementation and optimization.• Directly manage relationships with 3rd party partners such as creative and media agencies, technology platforms providers and HealthTech start-ups for multiple brands.• Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to strategic business challenges.• Integrate digital acumen in the organization, actively contributing to value driven automatizations and discovering new meaningful ways of connecting with customers.• Be a proactive partner to marketing leadership team identifying digital solutions to business problems and driving their E2E implementation.• Work directly with leadership team in shaping and managing the digital roadmap of the Pharma organization.Who You Are:1. Degree in Digital Marketing or similar.2. 5 years Digital Marketing experience in healthcare/ disease awareness / pharmaceutical industry.3. Leadership experience with internal and external stakeholders.4. Proficient communication skills, capable of driving messages to senior management, peers and partners.5. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
