Position Summary:

As the Digital Subscription Manager, you will be responsible for growing, retaining, and optimizing our digital subscription offerings, including SkyTrak and other digital products. You will develop and execute strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and long-term customer value. Your role will involve analyzing customer data, overseeing pricing strategies, and working closely with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to enhance the subscription experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow digital subscriptions, including acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle, optimizing onboarding, engagement, renewal, and win-back campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data and subscription performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to enhance the subscription experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer communication efforts.
  • Leverage CRM, email marketing, and paid media campaigns to maximize subscriber engagement and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, personalization, and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in digital subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize subscription platforms, payment processing, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in subscription management, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM, email automation, and customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for golf is a plus!
