Location: AlabangWork Schedule: ShiftingSalary: PHP 130,000 - PHP 150,000Start Date: ASAPRole OverviewThe Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for driving process improvement, productivity benefits, and digital transformation initiatives in line with the client’s transformation roadmap. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver, and sustain market-leading transformation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess process improvement and digital transformation opportunitiesDeliver contractual productivity and benefit commitments agreed with clientsLead Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with the transformation roadmapDesign and build curated, market-leading transformation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teamsEnsure adherence to internal protocols for project identification, due diligence, and executionFacilitate design thinking workshops, customer journey re-imagining, blueprinting, and future-state operating modelsFocus on customer effort reduction, straight-through processing, and operational efficiencyManage and develop team members; support talent development and capability buildingBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels (client and internal stakeholders)Qualifications & SkillsEducationCollege Graduate (minimum 15 years of education), based on role requirementsTechnical & Functional SkillsStrong working knowledge of basic computer systems and tools (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, internet, and web-based applications)Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MinitabCertified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) or Green BeltProject Management and Design Thinking practitionerExposure to digital technologies in process transformation, including: Process Mining RPA Analytics Machine Learning / AI Generative AIDomain KnowledgeP&C Insurance experience is highly desirableExperience leading design thinking workshops to re-imagine customer journeys and future operating models
