This role leads the strategy for converting sales leads through data-driven insights, and retailer coaching to ensure timely, high-quality follow-up. In addition to optimizing every touchpoint in the customer journey, the Manager oversees the Concierge program to deliver premium, personalized experiences that strengthen brand loyalty. By leveraging Tier 3 certified CRM systems, customer intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration, this position elevates retailer performance, improves lead quality, boosts showroom traffic, and enhances customer retention. Success requires a blend of analytical expertise, influential communication, and leadership to create seamless, customer-centric processes that drive growth.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Marketing with the following:Lead Management OperationsOversee all lead management activities, including acquisition, scoring, distribution, and dispositioning.Manage Enterprise Lead Management System (ELMS) vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, certification, and process improvements.Use advanced knowledge to manage all aspects of Third-Party Lead Program, including lead distribution and lead performance measurement.Serve as the primary point of contact for retailer and regional inquiries regarding lead tracking, status, and reporting.Concierge Process ManagementOversee the Concierge program to ensure premium customer experiences from initial inquiry through appointment scheduling.Monitor Concierge lead handling and follow-up performance, providing guidance to retailers for timely and personalized engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to refine Concierge workflows and integrate them into broader lead management strategies.Retailer Coaching & TrainingTrain and educate retailer and regional staff on lead management processes, CRM functionality, and best practices.Monitor retailer follow-up performance and work with consulting partner to provide coaching to improve responsiveness and conversion.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with CRM, digital marketing, advertising, and experiential teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.Align lead management initiatives with broader marketing strategies and brand standards.Work with Shift Digital, HAEA, DBP, and Genesis HQ to align digital efforts, implement new programs, and ensure cohesive customer experience.Serve as main liaison to HAEA and Acxiom for lead data cleansing and processing issues.Serve as marketing representative on master customer database issues, and corporate opt-in/opt-out strategy.Exercise independent judgement to implement strategic development plan for lead management system, dashboard, guidelines, and processes.Assist in launching and maintaining First Party Data Platform (FPDP) initiativeSystem & Process DevelopmentDrive enhancements to dashboards, reporting tools, and lead handling processes.Act as a liaison for data cleansing, opt-in/opt-out compliance, and master customer database management.· Manage invoicing, budget planning and tracking functions.· Coordinate all efforts of outside agencies and vendors.· Other miscellaneous projects and assignments for GMA as they arise.QualificationsExperience in lead management, CRM systems, or digital marketing within automotive or retail environments.One or more years of related automotive experience is preferred.Agency and/or vendor experience is helpful.Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales funnel optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and influencing cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM platforms, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with automotive retail operations and dealer network engagement. Familiarity with Enterprise Lead Management Systems (ELMS) and Concierge programs. Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs.
